These terms cover the SetupFlow app and the SetupFlow book ("the product"), made by Abdul Haadi Abdul Manap, Malaysia ("we"), and sold through Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment and tax as the merchant of record. By buying or using the product you agree to them.
1. Who sells it
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to your purchase, including payment, tax and invoices.
2. Your licence
- Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on up to 2 computers at a time, and to read the book.
- You can move the licence by deactivating it on one computer and activating it on another.
- You may not resell, share or publish your licence key, the app's code or the book.
- The licence has no end date. We may update the app; updates are free for licence holders.
3. What the product is, and is not
SetupFlow is software for writing, testing and following your own trading plan, and a book that teaches that method. It is for education only. It does not give investment advice, trading signals or recommendations to buy or sell anything, does not connect to any broker and does not place orders.
Backtest results are hypothetical. They are calculated on past data, ignore market liquidity and costs beyond those you enter, and do not predict future returns. Trading involves risk; leveraged products such as futures can lose more than your margin. You alone decide your trades and are responsible for them.
4. Your data
Your plans and price data are stored in your own browser. Keep your own backups by exporting plans; clearing your browser data deletes them. See the privacy policy.
5. Refunds

6. Warranty and liability
We work to keep the app accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect losses arising from using the product, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
