Privacy policy

SetupFlow is built to keep your trading data on your own computer. This page explains what is collected and by whom.
In the app
- Your plans, settings, journal and the price files you load are stored in your browser (local storage and IndexedDB). They are not uploaded to us.
- When you activate or re-check a licence, the app sends your licence key and a device label to Lemon Squeezy's licence service to confirm it is valid.
- When you open an Excel file the first time, the app loads a spreadsheet reader from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. Your file is read in your browser and not sent anywhere.
- The app loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request.
When you buy
Lemon Squeezy processes your order as merchant of record. It collects your name, email, billing country and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details to provide your licence, the book and support.
The website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs. We don't use advertising trackers.
We use your email only for your order, licence and support, and for product updates you can unsubscribe from.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or for it to be deleted, at setupflowapp@gmail.com. This policy is written with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in mind.
