Refund policy

If SetupFlow isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

How to ask

• Email setupflowapp@gmail.com with your order number, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
• Tell us briefly what didn't work; it helps us improve the app. A reason is not required.

What happens next

• We refund through Lemon Squeezy, to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Your licence key is disabled when the refund is made.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are not normally refunded. If something is wrong with the app, write to us anyway and we'll help.
